- Services also feature music performed by soloists, duets, trios, or ensembles
Parking
- Plenty of parking can be found in the front or rear parking lots
- Handicapped spaces are available
Ushers / Greeters
- When you walk in the front door, you will be greeted by an usher who can help you find a seat and answer any questions you may have
- If this is your first visit, please let the usher know because we would like to provide you with a welcome brochure (and an opportunity to sign our guest book, although this is optional)
Offering Time
- An offering plate is passed around during the worship service
- We gratefully welcome donations, but please do not feel obligated if you are a guest
- If you wish to donate, we have guest envelopes available in the foyer
After the Service
- Following the service, at the front of the auditorium, prayer support is available to you if you would like someone to pray with you about any specific need
- Coffee, tea, and fellowship are offered at the back of the auditorium, so please hang around and linger for a while
Special Needs and Safety
- A safety policy governs our steps to make Calvary Baptist Church a safe environment
- Police checks are required for ministry leaders, council members, and all volunteers / leaders of activities with children, youth, and vulnerable adults
- If you have special needs, please let us know how we can help you
Other Things to Know
- The five minutes before Sunday service are designated as a quiet time in the auditorium, so that we may all prepare our hearts for worship
- An open notebook on the back table in the auditorium allows you to write down any prayer requests or praise reports you would like to have included in Sunday's pastoral prayer
- We strive to be a fragrance-free building for the benefit of those who are sensitive to fragrances
